A judge has officially declared the Lone Star State’s “pole tax” unconstitutional. Judge Scott Jenkins ruled strip clubs cannot collect a $5 per customer surcharge.
The Associated Press reports the money would’ve gone to support health care for the uninsured and sexual assault prevention programs.
