  1. How much does the news service cost?
    This service is free for the first 7 days. Then you will be billed $1.49 a month for news updates.
  2. How much does the business service cost?
    This service is free for the first 7 days. Then you will be billed $1.99 a month for business updates.
  3. How much do both services cost?
    This service is free for the first 7 days. Then you will be billed $2.99 for both the news and business updates.. There is a $0.50 savings here compared to ordering each product individually.
  4. Can I get a refund if I cancel my service?
    Unfortunately we cannot refund your subscription payment due to costs related to delivery and activation. We have done everything we can to keep the cost of these services as low as possible.
  5. Will my mobile phone work with this service?
    You can use our order form to test your mobile phone. If the test responds with a “Subscribe Now” button, then you’re mobile phone will work with our service.
  6. When will I receive my voicemail alerts?
    Your alerts on or around the following times:

    • News Updates: Eastern/Mountain/Central 7/6/5 AM and 7/6/5 PM; Pacific 7AM & 6PM
    • Business Reports: 6:30 AM Eastern (prior to opening bell); 10:30 AM Eastern (after opening bell); 5:30 PM Eastern (after opening bell). Apply the appropriate time zone differece if you are not in the Eastern time zone.
  7. When will I be charged for my services?
    Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. If you signed up on the 10th of a month, then you will billed on the 10th of every month thereafter.
  8. What if I have trouble getting my voicemail?
    Make sure your voicemail box is not full. Make sure your voicemail system is activated. Please allow up to two hours from the designated delivery time. We have extensive reports that tell us when a delivery succeeded or failed. We check these and work to ensure a speedy delivery. Sometimes there is a problem with the mobile phone carrier and we are not allowed to delivery your voicemail if their system is down. Send an email to mobile[at]foxnewsradio[com]com if a problem persists.
  9. How do I change from one service to another, or get both services?
    You can cancel your existing subscription and sign-up for the other service. If you have one service and you want both combined, then cancel the single service you have and sign-up for the combined service. It will save you money!
