CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IF I CAN LET A CALLER CALL ME A "PECKERWOOD" ON THE AIR?

This has happened before. It’s usually one of my minority callers who calls me a –fill in the blank from the word in the headline above.

We dumped it four times, and it went through on the air once.

I hear people saying “pissed me off” on national tv now. I hear people saying “screw off” on the radio all the time.

We’re confused here. We’re not sure what we can say… or allow on the air.

Is the word in the headline above the kind of thing that must stay off the air? Beats me. I’m not even sure I know what it is… other than it’s obviously an attempt to insult me. I think it might be a little like calling me a ‘cracker’, but not entirely certain about that either.

Anybody know?
