I THINK MICHELLE OBAMA HAS PRESIDENTIAL AMBITIONS
I know she hasn’t said anything about it and maybe I’m jumping the gun.
But… I’ve noticed these stories popping up about Michelle Obama ordering her staff to get with the President’s staff and find some issues in which she (Michelle) can take a leading role in shaping policy.
Methinks… uh oh… here we go again.
Hillary tried this. And by the time she ran for President I had become convinced that she was as qualified as anybody else. She did go to school in the U.S. Senate, and she probably had a reasonable amount of exposure to foreign policy types around the (Bill) Clinton administration.
And the first evidence of her ambitions, of course, was trying to take over a health care initiative that her husband, the president, wanted to see pass into law.
So here we have Michelle Obama, flush with the historic first of her husband’s election, butting into serious policy inside the White House, and pardon me, but I smell presidential ambitions.
Am I so wrong to be suspicious?
