Having a second stimulus is a joke a non starter. We have not spent the first 800 billion yet and are having trouble finding projects to spend the loot on. Can’t believe this Laura Tyson wants a bigger plan as does Pual Krugman. Why is no one talking about G8 last time it was the rage
