Microsoft Banned! A federal judge in Texas ruled that Microsoft Word systems violate patents held by Toronto-based company i4i Inc. The injunction will go into effect in 60 days and will prevent Microsoft from selling Microsoft Word in the Unites States.


While there has been no official statement from Microsoft, the company is expected to appeal.
