Talk about a Bad Romance…hot twoppic of the moment is Lady Gaga, who is being sued for $35 million by her ex-boyfriend, who happens to be a song-writer and producer.  He claims that he co-wrote and produced four songs on Lady Gaga’s debut album, and even takes credit for her name, saying the spell check on his cell phone  changed the Queen  song “Radio GaGa,”  to Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga’s camp has said “no comment,” and on Twitter, her fans have come to her defense.

If you get an email saying  “Facebook Password Reset Confirmation Customer Support,” and a message asking to click for a new password, do not click. Clicking the link lets in a flood of viruses that steal passwords and other sensitive information from your computer.

Hot twoppic of the week is health care reform, or #HCR on twitter. Tweets voicing opinions of the bill are a hot trend, as the House  vote approaches on Sunday,  and the President is all business. This has been Sandra Bullock’s year. Her performance in “The Blind Side,” won her the Oscar and a Golden Globe.  But reports of her husband cheating on her with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee while Bullock was shooting “The Blind Side,” has sullied the spotlight. Bullock left the house she shares with Jesse James on Monday, a day before she canceled a trip to Europe for the London premier of “The Blind Side,” due to “unforeseen personal reasons.”  The personal turmoil makes Sandra Bullock your hot twoppic of the moment.

Hot twoppic of the day is the Congressional Budget Office.  Thursday morning the nonpartisan office released the estimate for health care. The updated package would cost $940 billion, and extend health care coverage to 95% of Americans. The CBO also determined that the bill is basically paid for: it will reduce the deficit by $138 billion over 10 years and President Obama adds… The number had Democratic leaders smiling ear to ear. The 4.4 magnitude quake caused little damage, but struck fear in some, especially considering the recent disastrous quakes in Haiti and Chile. But experts say not to fear, it is not likely to be a precursor for a disaster, just normal seismic activity.

Over the weekend, a new celebrity couple was born. Disney star Demi Lovato admitted in a radio interview that she is dating Joe Jonas, calling him her best friend. The Camp Rock co-stars and have  been crowned  by their fans with the moniker Jemi.  Demi later tweeted @ddlovato By the way… I would never lie to my fans. Hot twoppic of the day is actor Peter Graves, who has passed away.  He had an apparent heart attack outside his home in Los Angeles. He was 83 years old. and Graves was most well-known for playing Jim Phelps, the leader in the Mission: Impossible television series as well as the pilot in the two slapstick “Airplane!” movies. @parisiensalon tweets RIP Peter Graves. It was reported that MTV had banned the steamy video, which has been viewed 15 million times on YouTube since it was  released. No matter what you may think of her, you can’t say Lady Gaga is unoriginal. Thursday night was the world premiere of her new video for “Telephone.” With references to girl power flicks like Kill Bill and Thelma and Louise, the video was full of bold fashion, dancing, product placement, and lots of skin. In fact, as  every web link warns, the clip is NSFW, or Not Suitable for Work. The video costars Beyonce. When Betty White started trending on Twitter, there was some concern that the funny girl had died. Quite the contrary as it turns out. After a huge Facebook campaign, it was confirmed that Betty White will host “Saturday Night Live” on May 8^th. In other comedy news, hot twoppic of the day is Conan O’Brien, who announced that he will begin a  30-city comedy tour starting April 12th in Eugene, Ore. The title ? “Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour,” referring to his settlement with NBC, which stipulates that he cannot appear on television again until after Sept. 1st. He will be joined on the tour by sidekick Andy Richter and the former “Tonight Show” band. The response was so immediately overwhelming that @ConanOBrien later tweeted We are now adding a second show in both NYC & Chicago. A tsunami alert was reissued, but there were no immediate reports of damage, but Chile’s new president urged coastal residents to move to higher ground and congress was evacuated from the capital. The country is still recovering from the earthquake that hit Feb 27^th.

Hot twoppic of the moment is another actor who has died from an accidental overdose. The  Los Angeles Police confirmed that 80’s teen heartthrob Corey Haim died at the age of 38. The actor had a long history with substance abuse. Here in an interview with E! Entertainment. Haim is best know for his roles in films like The Lost Boys, Lucas and License to Drive. Hot twoppic of the moment is the highly  anticipated movie “Tron Legacy” which released its first online trailer today. Disney’s 3-D sequel to the classic 1982 science-fi film, “Tron”  looks flashy with some eye-popping special effects. The movie stars Garret Hedlund who plays a young Sam Flynn, and Jeff Bridges who plays Sam’s missing father Kevin. “House” hottie Olivia Wilde also stars. Hot twoppic of the moment is International Women’s Day which is celebrated on the 8th of March every year. It started as a Socialist political event, but eventually became an occasion to garner political and social awareness of the struggles of women worldwide, and to celebrate their achievements.

Twitter is still all about “Alice.”  Tim Burton’s 3-D adventure “Alice in Wonderland” is in theaters and people are tweeting their thoughts of the film, which generally got a lukewarm critical reception. Hot twoppic of the moment is the company SharesPost who just released an index putting a monetary value on prominent social media sites. It put the value of Facebook at $11.5 billion and the value of twitter at $1.4 billion. The Wall Street Journal reported that Facebook will likely go public in 2011, and financial analysts predict that by then the company will be worth $40 billion, proving once more that social media is a booming business.

The website should break the 10 billion mark in about one day, and web analysts are quite impressed with the achievement, which shows that Twitter  is still a social media force to be reckoned with. Hot twoppic of the day is rapper Lil Wayne, who the fates continue to keep out of prison. First his sentencing for gun charges was postponed by the judge so Lil Wayne could get a root canal. Back in court on Tuesday, a courthouse fire gave Lil Wayne another week of freedom.  He enjoyed it by making a surprise appearance at Jay-Z’s tour stop at Madison Square Garden. Lil Wayne is expected to spend a year behind bars at New York’s Riker’s Island.

Your hot twoppic of the moment: a new survey by the the Pew Internet and American Life Project that says more Americans get their news from the Internet than from newspapers or radio. 75% say they hear of news through e-mail or updates on social media sites. The survey suggests  that Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter have made news an active experience, because people share links to news stories by e-mail, and post articles on their Facebook and Twitter account.
