I purchased the premium podcast. Now what?
As soon as your purchase is complete you will receive an email from PayPal and from FOX News Radio. The email from FOX News Radio will contain your premium URL, links to the blogs, and instructions on how to add the premium URL to your iTunes software.
Do I have to use iTunes to access the podcast?
You do not have ot use iTunes to listen to the podcast. You can use any podcast downloading software. We recommend Ziepod (www.ziepod.com) because it's free and very good. There are others that can be found on Google.
Why do I only get one hour of the three hour show?
You should check the settings of your podcast software. Some, like iTunes, are set to download the latest podcast. In the case of a three hour show it will only download the last hour. You will have to manually click the GET button or DOWNLOAD button to get the other two hours. Most people will probably want to set their program to manual download. This way you choose what you want to download each day.
Do I have to re-subscribe every month or every year?
Absolutely not. Our subscriptions auto-renew (as mentioned on the PayPal payment page) on the anniversary date of the term you have paid for (month or year). Do not sign-up again unless you are purchasing a premium URL for someone else as a gift.
What happens when my credit card on file expires?
PayPal will notify you when your credit card is about to expire. If you do not update your credit card on file, then PayPal will automatically cancel your subscription immediately as payment could not be processed. Make sure your spam settings allow emails from PayPal to enter your inbox. DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS WITH YOUR PAYPAL USERNAME OR PASSWORD.
What happens when my form of payment fails to renew my subscription on PayPal?
Your subscription will be cancelled and access to it will be terminated immediately. PayPal sends out reminders and notifications in advance to avoid interruption.
How do I cancel my subscription with PayPal?
- Log in to your PayPal.com account, and click the profile link to update your credit card.
- Click History, then select Basic.
- Filter the results by Subscriptions to locate your Fox News Radio subscription
- Then, click the cancel button.
